What you will do

• Develop and implement global strategic sourcing roadmaps and category strategies to drive value creation.
• Manage supplier audits, business reviews, and performance to enhance quality, innovation, and service.
• Execute end-to-end eRFPs, interpret contracts, and advise on legal and business risks.
• Leverage AI analytics and machine learning for resource allocation, supplier scorecards, and capacity planning.
• Analyze data and market research to identify cost savings and innovation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects, change management, and team development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing, ideally facilities-related.
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing processes and e-tools (e-RFPs, reverse auctions, contract systems).
• Legal knowledge for contract negotiation and risk assessment.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation; strong communication and project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
