What you will do

• Define "Tenets of Connectivity" balancing cost, touches, and speed for hub-to-spoke linkages.
• Anticipate future real estate and flow decisions ahead of capacity breaking points.
• Set financial burn guardrails and client SLAs aligned with commercial teams.
• Analyze OD flows, zone mix, and client breakdowns to revise network design.
• Establish end-to-end "Ops Clock" and hunt for dwell inefficiencies across the network.
• Perform "Speed vs. Margin" analysis using data pipelines to estimate volumes and track direct arc opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in network logistics or supply chain design.
• Experience building and optimizing multi-node networks in high-growth, competitive, or tech-forward environments.
• Deep expertise in network topology, flow design, and evolving physical footprint ahead of demand.
• Proficiency in analytics, data pipelines, dwell hunting, and speed vs. margin tradeoffs.
• Financial acumen to audit cost-to-serve and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Experience using AI to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
