What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Venue Operations and Technology spend categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and implement value-driven procurement solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to translate business requirements into strategies.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
• Drive procurement process improvements, standardization, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, with a focus on technology and/or venue operations categories.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with spend analysis and category management.
• Proficiency with procurement systems; experience with Coupa is preferred.
• Location: Must be based in Burbank, CA (Onsite)
