What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Venue Operations and Technology spend categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and implement value-driven procurement solutions.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to translate business requirements into procurement strategies.
• Drive procurement process improvements and ensure compliance with company ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience focused on technology or venue operations.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and category management.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, preferably Coupa.
• Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV.
