Senior Procurement Analyst

Salary: $86,560 – $108,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead the solicitation development process, including RFPs and IFBs, and facilitate Proposal Evaluation Committees.
• Collaborate with category and supplier development teams to continuously improve contract quality for members.
• Manage solicitation advertisements across online and print media for the US and Canada markets.
• Administer and optimize CRM entries and reports to improve overall departmental efficiency.
• Mentor junior procurement analysts and conduct internal/external training on audit and solicitation processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with public procurement regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a comparable business professional environment.
• Valid MN Driver's License.
• Ability to travel to Staples, MN occasionally (up to 2-3 times per year).

Nice to have

• Applicable IT project management experience.
• Experience in public procurement and working with CRM systems.
• Procurement certifications such as CPCM, CPSM, CPPB, or NIGP-CPP.
