Salary: $91,708.20 - $107,892.00

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day change requests and develop project space planning solutions.
• Analyze and monitor business unit demand and supply against approved plans.
• Create and maintain current and forecasted stack plans.
• Develop space plans and monitor unplanned activity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Employee Experience for planning.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery within agreed scope.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience in tactical occupancy planning, supply and capacity management.
• Ability to manage client relationships and project coordination.
• Based in or able to work from Creve Coeur, Charlotte, or St. Louis, USA.
