What you will do

• Develop and maintain floor plans for international sites using AutoCAD.
• Analyze occupancy reports and track workplace utilization to optimize space efficiency.
• Support workplace projects and test fit options for various office locations.
• Coordinate onsite contractors and liaise with vendors to ensure project delivery.
• Assist with move planning, change management, and administrative project support.
• Prepare presentations and maintain project workbooks for the Workplace Planning team.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2020.
• Strong skills in Excel and Office 365.
• Proven experience in a migration or space planning management role.
• Basic understanding of IT and AV infrastructure.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends as required.
