What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for clients throughout the study.
• Coordinate functional services and manage external vendors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee study budget and financial health, including project profitability and accurate forecasting.
• Develop robust project plans, including proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality management and maintain eTMF inspection readiness.
• Prepare project status updates and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience and 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex and global trials.
• Proficiency in MS Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Advanced degree in a science or health-related field.
• Specific experience in Rheumatology and Oncology.
