What you will do

• Support creation of master space plans for client's retail properties and manage space allocations for business needs.
• Handle ticket management for new hires, moves, and space requests, tracking changes in CAFM system.
• Develop relocation strategies, planning scenarios, space stacking and floor block plans.
• Conduct space analysis, prepare reports and presentations visualizing space data.
• Build relationships with business contacts, walk through spaces, and provide creative solutions for space utilization.
• Collaborate with real estate strategists, project management, and CRE team on innovations and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5-10 years of space and occupancy planning experience; minimum 5 years in corporate real estate.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and CAFM at intermediate level.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in architectural drawings, office furniture systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
