What you will do

• Maximize total return through operational efficiencies, value-add, and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Oversee third-party property managers, leasing agents, budgets, and lease approvals.
• Negotiate new leases and renewals, perform property inspections, and manage tenant relationships.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting and financial valuations.
• Manage capital improvements, construction, third-party contracts, and ad-hoc issue resolution.
• Monitor economic trends and collaborate on evaluating potential investments.

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, real estate or related; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years in commercial real estate asset management, principal-based leasing, urban retail centers.
• Financial analysis, asset-level statements, lease metrics, real estate accounting, analytical skills.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes.
• Experience with Yardi, MS Office 365, Excel; Argus a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communication, leadership; comfortable in team environment; 20% travel.
