What you will do

• Manage multiple design projects independently and collaboratively across various budgets and scales.
• Lead client interactions in-store and at high-profile design events such as Architectural Digest shows.
• Achieve sales goals through tailored interior design solutions and merchandise selection.
• Mentor operation assistants and train the team on layout presentations and house calls.
• Execute project management and presentations according to hirify.global guidelines and standards.

Requirements

• Interior Design degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of professional interior design experience.
• Experience with house calls and interior installations.
• Portfolio of finished projects available for review.
• Demonstrated understanding of luxury brand experiences.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Huntersville, NC.
