Technical Program Manager III - Software Development

Location: Greater Seattle Area; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Base pay for Washington applicants: $121,023–$169,432 annually. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do

• Deliver technology development programs across Enterprise Technology.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, and production deployment across multiple technical teams.
• Define program scope, strategy, milestones, technical requirements, risks, dependencies, and implementation plans.
• Work with product management, engineering, and system development managers to estimate cross-system changes and coordinate releases.
• Analyze system designs, customer interfaces, dependencies, scaling factors, and architectural trade-offs.
• Document program decisions and updates, track metrics, and escalate critical decisions when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years working directly with engineering teams in product management, program management, or engineering roles.
• 3+ years of technical program management with software engineering, platform development, or technology operations teams.
• Experience managing programs across technical and business teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. national status, current Green Card, refugee status, or asylum status is required.
• Ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture.

Nice to have

• Project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for technology delivery and product health.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience using data analysis to identify actionable insights.
