Technical Program Manager (Cloud)

Location: Canada — Toronto, remote

Salary: CAD 89,000–111,000 base annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional Application Platform initiatives from initiation through launch and post-release success.
• Partner with engineering, product management, product operations, security, site reliability, and leadership teams to scope and orchestrate execution.
• Manage dependencies, integrations, schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, mitigation plans, and stakeholder expectations.
• Use data-informed decisions to improve data collection, integration, utilization, execution quality, and collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops, communicate progress through updates, summaries, and dashboards, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Implement and refine Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices to improve predictability and transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional software development or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with cloud technologies, microservices, distributed systems, AWS, and/or Big Data ecosystem concepts.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in dynamic environments, navigate ambiguity, and manage priorities across multiple teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha, or similar project tracking and reporting tools.
• Professional program or project management certification.
• Experience using AI capabilities in project tracking and reporting tools.
