What you will do
- Develop new content and campaigns, implement digital marketing tactics to generate qualified leads.
- Partner with Marketing & Sales to create integrated campaigns driving high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
- Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content, and email using marketing automation tools like HubSpot and RollWorks.
- Build landing pages, ads, emails, and digital assets aligned with approved messaging.
- Execute content atomization strategy for social, paid media, and website engagement.
- Collaborate on creative materials including imagery, emails, landing pages, and banners.
- Oversee email templates, landing pages, forms ensuring best practices and responsiveness.
- Deliver analytics to optimize campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and forecast adjustments.
- Support account-based marketing and optimize CRM/tech stack like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Implement reporting frameworks for actionable leads to sales teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years digital marketing experience, at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences, lead generation, and ABM
- 2-4 years in matrix environment leading marketing projects
- Experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, web analytics
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms: LinkedIn, Google Ads, AdRoll
- Intermediate/Advanced hands-on with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce
