What you will do
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for hardware and capital equipment, including market opportunity analysis, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
- Lead cross-functional teams for product launches, creating collateral and ensuring commercial readiness.
- Partner with sales leadership as a product expert, providing strategies, communications, and customer notifications.
- Build and update sales tools, translating technical features into compelling benefits messaging.
- Manage product lifecycle, monitor performance, introduce enhancements, and develop end-of-life strategies with KPIs.
- Deepen understanding of Aquablation therapy and competitive data through field travel and OR observations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in downstream product management or marketing, with career progression
- Demonstrated Urology experience
- Experience marketing to surgeons, hospital executives, and patients
- Proven track record developing/executing marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to lead large cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Hybrid work in San Jose, CA; travel up to 25%; Citizen/Permanent Resident required
