What you will do
- Define and lead the comprehensive SEO strategy and roadmap across all brands.
- Develop and execute GEO strategies to ensure brands are surfaced and recommended by LLMs including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Drive first-page Google domination for priority queries through advanced content and link-building strategies.
- Lead reputation management by identifying and suppressing negative search results through brand-positive content.
- Oversee technical SEO, ensuring site speed, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals are optimized.
- Manage and mentor a small team of SEO professionals to maintain a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of achieving first-page rankings for competitive keywords.
- Technical SEO mastery, including crawl architecture, structured data, and log file analysis.
- Proven ability to design scalable content strategies and link acquisition programs.
- Practical experience in GEO and understanding of how LLMs consume and surface content.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication).
- Location: Must be based within ± 4 hours of CET.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with AI tools for content ideation, keyword clustering, and workflow automation.
- Experience building SEO performance dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
