What you will do

• Develop market requirements for assigned product lines and lead product planning, launches, and market research activities.
• Partner with Commercial and cross-functional teams to identify new marketing opportunities and growth areas.
• Manage projects end-to-end, encompassing planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and execution.
• Identify unmet customer needs and emerging business opportunities to move ideas from concept to market.
• Coordinate with regional and geographic teams to strengthen collaboration and partnerships.
• Support broader initiatives including trade shows, website development, campaign tracking, and e-commerce strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, product lifecycle management, and project execution.
• Ability to navigate complexity and translate insights into practical solutions.
• Confident communication skills to influence and build trust across diverse teams.
