TL;DR

Marketing Lead, Precision Care AI Solutions (AI): Drive significant sales pipeline and establish thought leadership in Precision Care AI using modern AI tools, agentic workflows, and creative experimentation with an accent on GTM execution, customer value storytelling, and revenue impact. Focus on designing AI-first programs, partnering with sales on live deals, owning messaging and positioning, and leveraging AI to synthesize insights into authoritative content.

Location: This role can be based remotely in the US or hybrid based out of our HQ in Bethesda, MD

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 in base salary plus bonus

What you will do

  • Design and execute AI-first GTM programs to support pipeline creation and deal acceleration
  • Partner with Sales to influence live deals with compelling narratives and proof points
  • Own messaging and positioning to move buyers from curiosity to conviction
  • Establish GW RhythmX as category leader in Precision Care AI through authoritative narratives
  • Leverage AI to synthesize clinical outcomes, insights, and trends into leadership content
  • Translate AI, workflows, and clinical intelligence into outcome-driven stories
  • Build scalable GTM playbooks that outperform legacy methods
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing
  • Experience in healthcare IT translating technical/clinical concepts into business value
  • Experience supporting B2B enterprise sales and complex buyer ecosystems
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Adhere to information security policies protecting ePHI, PHI, PII per regulations

Nice to have

  • Hands-on use of AI tools to increase speed, quality, and leverage
  • Experience marketing to health systems, providers, or payers
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, value-based care, or healthcare economics
  • Builder mindset with bias toward experimentation and outcomes
