Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong experience in marketing within a complex, matrixed organization with proven people-management responsibilities.
• Essential experience in the Spinal and Enabling Technology industry.
• Solid expertise in downstream marketing, product launches, and market development.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Must be based in one of the listed supported European countries.
