What you will do

• Manage and resolve complex HR cases from hiring through performance management.
• Handle advanced HR inquiries with clear communication and problem-solving.
• Process and validate HR data and transactions in Workday.
• Maintain Time & Attendance system and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide HRIS support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and vendors.

Requirements

• Fluent English required; proficiency in French is an asset.
• 3+ years in HR support, operations, employee relations, or related field.
• Experience in tiered HR shared services and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, or HR tech vendors.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies in local and global contexts; analytical and communication skills.
