Learning Business Partner (HRTech): Lead learning and development initiatives including AI literacy programs, upskilling tracks, and mentoring with an accent on integrating AI tools into workflows and skills-based organization transition. Focus on managing end-to-end learning processes, driving global programs, and measuring impact through data-driven strategies.

Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel. Temporary remote from anywhere up to 2 months after 6 months employment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal learning partners to align strategies and share best practices.
• Lead cross-organizational programs like mentoring, upskilling, and AI literacy initiatives.
• Act as L&D partner for departments: conduct needs analysis, design, execute, and measure programs.
• Manage internal LMS and influence product development as customer zero.
• Integrate learning in the flow of work, data-driven and skills-based approaches with AI focus.

Requirements

• Excellent English (written and verbal) for global communication and presentations.
• Significant L&D experience leading end-to-end learning processes.
• AI integration into workflows and learning strategies.
• Strong project management for complex initiatives, stakeholders, and milestones.
• Global mindset and experience in fast-paced international environment.
