What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting processes from initial requisition through to offer negotiations.
• Design and execute sophisticated outbound sourcing motions using AI tools and data-driven market mapping.
• Act as a strategic People Partner, providing coaching to managers on leadership, performance management, and organizational evolution.
• Manage annual performance evaluations, compensation planning, and succession planning aligned with local and global benchmarks.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management.
• Tailor international HR processes to align with the Israeli high-tech landscape and local labor compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 3+ years as a People Partner within a high-growth global tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with Israeli labor laws and compliance.
• Expertise in building sourcing engines and leveraging AI-driven recruitment technologies.
• Exceptional English and Hebrew proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of operating with urgency and ownership in ambiguous, high-pressure settings.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv site.
