What you will do

• Lead global Revenue enablement including onboarding new hires, role-based training, and ongoing product/skills programs adapted to different teams and motions.
• Build and execute Enterprise enablement plans with discovery frameworks, demo methodology, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
• Act as AI lead, embedding AI tools into workflows for personalization, content creation, knowledge management, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps on features, collhirify.globall, and processes.
• Manage LMS platforms like Workramp, design feedback systems, and track enablement KPIs using tools like Monday and Gong.

Requirements

• Native English – A MUST
• 5+ years of Revenue Enablement experience
• Experience in an Enterprise B2B SaaS company - Mandatory
• Proven experience with Enterprise customers and enabling Sales, CS, Presales, CX, Partners, and Support
• Strong product/technical acumen, instructional design, and LMS management experience
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows, stakeholder management, and executive presence
