What you will do

• Scale the AdNetwork team through systematic hiring and fast ramp-up to productivity.
• Implement and improve performance management systems, including KPIs, regular reviews, and feedback.
• Manage employee performance, including diagnostics, development, and replacement of underperformers.
• Develop and optimize onboarding, evaluation, and internal training tools.
• Partner with leadership on organizational decisions and develop managerial skills of team leads.
• Analyze HR and business metrics to drive decisions and strengthen the employer brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR/Recruitment experience in fast-growing performance, affiliate, or digital companies.
• Proven track record of closing complex roles like media buyers and creative strategists.
• Experience building performance management systems and managing both low and high performers.
• Ability to improve time-to-productivity and reduce employee attrition.
• Strong analytical skills regarding hiring funnels, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing and candidate management tools.
