TL;DR

MDM Architect (Profisee): Design, lead, and implement enterprise-wide Master Data Management platform across Property 360, Client 360, and Reference Data domains with an accent on data architecture, integration patterns, and governance. Focus on building scalable data flows, stewardship workflows, matching logic, and CI/CD pipelines integrating with Salesforce, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.

Location: Austin, Texas, USA. Ability to work comfortably in US EST or CST time zones.

Salary: $153,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Define and own MDM data architecture, flows, integration patterns, and best practices for data modeling across multiple domains.
• Design and build integrations to ingest and syndicate master data with Salesforce, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.
• Implement data quality rules, stewardship workflows, matching/survivorship logic, and user interfaces for governance.
• Manage platform administration, environments, CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders on MDM strategy and solutions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise with Profisee platform and core MDM concepts.
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, data integration/pipelines, .NET, C#, Python.
• Experience designing/implementing enterprise MDM solutions across multiple domains.
• Strong consultative/communication skills to bridge business and technical needs.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure-based data architectures.
• Experience with Property, Client, or Reference data domains.
• Profisee certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
