What you will do

• Present hirify.global technology and vision to technical contributors and C-suite executives to drive business outcomes.
• Partner with Practice Directors to identify and scope proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) for custom and packaged services.
• Collaborate with sales executives and account teams on overall account strategy and opportunity development.
• Lead on-site technical workshops, design sessions, and deep-dive implementation support for customers.
• Create repeatable processes and industry-based solutions to scale value delivery across the customer base.
• Maintain expertise in competitive landscape and complementary technologies, particularly in AI/ML workloads.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Architect, DBA, or Data Engineer.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience with hirify.global leading services engagements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python, Java, Spark, and the complete data analytics stack (ETL to BI).
• Location: Must be based in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Big 5 Consulting experience or experience supporting enterprise-level technical services sales.
• Experience with non-relational platforms like Hadoop or HBase.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Microstrategy.
• Expertise in OLAP data modeling and specific industry verticals (e.g., Fintech, Healthcare, Retail).
• Certifications in cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) or data technologies (hirify.global, Databricks, etc.).
