Senior Business Systems Architect (NetSuite/AI): Design and implement scalable enterprise systems integrations for AI cloud infrastructure with an accent on finance tech stacks, process automation, and compliance. Focus on architecting end-to-end workflows, AI-driven automations using OpenAI and LangChain, and optimizing iPaaS tools like Workato and Mulesoft.

Location: Hybrid in San Jose or San Francisco offices (4 days per week in office, Tuesday WFH)

Salary: $206K – $310K

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute scalable system roadmaps aligning business goals with system capabilities.
• Architect and deploy advanced workflows, configurations, and modules in platforms like NetSuite, Stripe, and Maxio.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and systems, establishing standards for usage and integration.
• Manage integrations and optimize iPaaS tools like Workato and Mulesoft for seamless data flow and automation.
• Ensure SOX compliance through internal controls, audits, and governance while driving system improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues, mentor team members, and deliver insights via reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 16+ years in business systems architecture or administration, with hands-on enterprise systems implementation
• Strong understanding of finance tech stacks including NetSuite and billing systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Python
• Experience with middleware and low/no-code platforms like Workato, Mulesoft for integrations and automations
• Knowledge of ITGCs and SOX compliance
• Hands-on with AI/ML tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain for intelligent automation

Nice to have

• Certifications in NetSuite Administrator or iPaaS
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, Salesforce Flow or equivalent
• Experience building internal AI apps on AWS
