Salary: $77,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Lead solution design and delivery for the hirify.global Pro Suite platform in a customer-facing role.
• Partner with P&C insurance customers to translate business objectives into scalable configurations and integrations.
• Develop Solution Landscape, Context, and Sequence diagrams for assigned projects.
• Create High-Level Design documents and provide technical guidance to developers and solution configurators.
• Identify, document, and escalate technical risks or architectural issues to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new product releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Implementation Consultant in Professional Services.
• Experience delivering or configuring core P&C insurance systems (policy administration, billing, claims, or underwriting).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions, including APIs, file-based integrations, and data flows.
• Strong business analysis and critical thinking skills to propose pragmatic alternatives to requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for creating audience-appropriate design documentation.
• English language proficiency is required for communication with clients and partners.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Pro Suite or related solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira in a project delivery context.
• Technical background in SQL, API design, or data modeling for insurance applications.
