Salary Range: $110,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do
- Support demand generation with subject matter expertise and sales cycle support.
- Lead strategic roadmapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and adoption across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Define and manage programs for effectiveness, training, and change management.
- Establish integrations with ’s technology portfolio.
- Perform hands-on configuration of security, data models, processes, rules, and approvals.
- Define metrics and reports to measure quality and adoption.
- Identify expansion opportunities and mentor consulting teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture.
- Hands-on configuration and development skills on Salesforce platform.
- Current Salesforce certification in core cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
- Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in Agile environment.
- Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms and digital transformation.
- Excellent relationship management, strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
