What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers delivering CIAM platform capabilities and application integrations.
- Own the delivery of identity solutions built on OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM.
- Partner with application teams to guide CIAM adoption patterns, best practices, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Provide technical oversight for services built with Java, React, MongoDB, Redis, and hosted on AWS (EKS).
- Collaborate with Product, Security, Architecture, Privacy, and Compliance partners.
- Ensure platform scalability, availability, and operational excellence through monitoring and incident response.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of CIAM concepts and identity standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM).
- Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta or equivalent IAM solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing, security-sensitive platforms.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and diverse audiences.
