Location: Hybrid in American Fork, UT office 2 days per week or remote in the United States. Not hiring in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories.

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers delivering market-leading solutions
• Recruit, retain, and develop engineers through coaching and fostering high-performance culture
• Oversee team leaders, enable continuous delivery, and remove workflow roadblocks
• Ensure products are secure, compliant, and reliable
• Collaborate with senior leaders and Product on vision, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives
• Mature engineering practices to support global growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
• 7+ years progressive software development experience; 1–2 years leading high-performing remote/hybrid teams
• Technical depth to contribute hands-on code and architecture guidance
• Experience balancing leadership, delivery, and player-coach role
• Strong people leadership: mentoring, coaching, career development
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and outcome-oriented mindset
