What you will do

• Lead the delivery of key platform initiatives across cloud infrastructure, developer platform, and CI/CD systems.
• Guide technical architecture and make pragmatic tradeoffs to unblock teams and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
• Scale the engineering team by identifying top talent, maintaining a high hiring bar, and evolving the recruitment process.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth.
• Implement strong operational practices, including sprint planning and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience in rapidly growing organizations.
• Proven track record of hiring, performance management, and leading engineering teams.
• Experience with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and tools like ArgoCD, Istio, and Atmos.
• Proficiency with production systems in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or NYC offices.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into development workflows to improve velocity and efficiency.
