Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the delivery of key platform initiatives across cloud infrastructure, developer platform, and CI/CD systems.
- Guide technical architecture and make pragmatic tradeoffs to unblock teams and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
- Scale the engineering team by identifying top talent, maintaining a high hiring bar, and evolving the recruitment process.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth.
- Implement strong operational practices, including sprint planning and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management experience in rapidly growing organizations.
- Proven track record of hiring, performance management, and leading engineering teams.
- Experience with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and tools like ArgoCD, Istio, and Atmos.
- Proficiency with production systems in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or NYC offices.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into development workflows to improve velocity and efficiency.
