What you will do
- Build and manage ICP audiences, exclusion lists, and intent-driven ad experiences in ABM platforms across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
- Develop multi-channel paid search and social strategies with audience targeting, pacing audits, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Manage LinkedIn segment syncs, Google Ads integrations, and marketplace listings on platforms like Gartner Digital Markets.
- Align paid strategies with Sales for account-specific support, specialized landing pages, and win orchestration.
- Partner with Analytics on measurement plans and with Lifecycle on nurture sequences from Lead to Deal stages.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B performance marketing, managing $3M+ annual budgets across paid search and social.
- Advanced knowledge of Clay, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Expertise in UTM architecture, conversion tracking, data-driven decision-making, and analytical rigor.
- Application and CV in English.
