TL;DR

Digital Marketing Intern (Medtech): Supporting the marketing team with email campaign development and execution with an accent on Pardot/MCAE and B2B digital marketing. Focus on designing end-to-end campaign builds, optimizing engagement metrics, and improving database segmentation.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Fraser, MI, US)

Salary: $21-$23/hour

What you will do

  • Plan, build, QA, and deploy complete email campaigns in Pardot, including segmentation and automation workflows.
  • Analyze active campaigns to identify opportunities for improving open rates and CTR, and present recommendations.
  • Assist in building and refining multi-step nurture journeys, content mapping, and automation logic.
  • Audit and improve database segmentation and list hygiene to enhance targeting and deliverability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to bring campaigns to life.

Requirements

  • Currently a junior or senior student in a 4-year undergraduate program or working towards a Master's degree.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation programs like Pardot/MCAE, HubSpot, Adobe Marketo or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing.
  • Understanding of email marketing principles and digital campaign execution.
  • GPA of 3.0 and higher is desired.
