What you will do
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and execute demand generation strategy across mid-market and enterprise buyer journeys, targeting HR, benefits, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Build and run ABM, intent-based playbooks with 6sense, multi-touch campaigns including paid media, email, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for executive events, conferences, and partner co-marketing to drive sign-ups, adoption, and channel growth.
- Collaborate with sales, content, creative, ops teams, and agencies to refine lead handoff, scoring, and ensure speed-to-lead SLAs.
- Track full-funnel metrics (MQL to ARR), analyze performance, forecast pipeline health, and run data-driven experiments for optimization.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B demand generation with expertise in mid-market/enterprise long-cycle sales.
- Proven track record owning pipeline numbers and delivering revenue impact in SaaS.
- Hands-on with ABM, intent-based playbooks, events, thought-leadership targeting enterprise buyers.
- AI-first mindset: build agentic workflows with Claude/ChatGPT; proficiency in Clay/ZoomInfo for enrichment and automation.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Google/LinkedIn/Meta ads; funnel math in 6–12+ month cycles.
- Partner marketing, cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills for insights and action plans.
