Director of Revenue Development (SaaS): Build and lead a scalable, data-driven revenue development function that converts market interest and target accounts into high-quality sales opportunities with an accent on top-of-funnel conversion, team scaling, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on defining SLAs, driving pipeline predictability, experimenting with outreach strategies, and continuously improving funnel analytics.

What you will do

  • Own top-of-funnel conversion from MQLs to qualified sales opportunities.
  • Deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline to the sales organization.
  • Hire, coach, and scale a Revenue Development team with defined roles and career paths.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign execution and with Sales on handoffs and alignment.
  • Oversee targeted outreach, ABM programs, and experimentation in messaging and channels.
  • Manage funnel analytics to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.

Requirements

  • 6-12+ years in SaaS sales development, demand generation, or revenue operations
  • Proven experience building and scaling SDR/BDR teams in enterprise/high-ACV environments
  • Experience communicating technical products to non-technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Demonstrated partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Analytical mindset with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft) experience
