What you will do
- Own top-of-funnel conversion from MQLs to qualified sales opportunities.
- Deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline to the sales organization.
- Hire, coach, and scale a Revenue Development team with defined roles and career paths.
- Partner with Marketing on campaign execution and with Sales on handoffs and alignment.
- Oversee targeted outreach, ABM programs, and experimentation in messaging and channels.
- Manage funnel analytics to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
Requirements
- 6-12+ years in SaaS sales development, demand generation, or revenue operations
- Proven experience building and scaling SDR/BDR teams in enterprise/high-ACV environments
- Experience communicating technical products to non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Demonstrated partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership
- Analytical mindset with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft) experience
