What you will do

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline exceeding revenue targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Establish strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Berlin or Munich, Germany.
  • 5-7 years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience in new business development and account management.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPIC sales methodology and Command of the Message framework.
  • Fluent in German and English at native or business level.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Strong CRM skills, especially Salesforce.
