What you will do
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities in the DACH region.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline exceeding revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Establish strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Berlin or Munich, Germany.
- 5-7 years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience in new business development and account management.
- Proficiency in MEDDPIC sales methodology and Command of the Message framework.
- Fluent in German and English at native or business level.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations.
- Strong CRM skills, especially Salesforce.
