Senior Contracts Manager - FSP

What you will do

• Establish processes and procedures for site contract management.
• Review, draft and negotiate site contracts, confidentiality agreements and budgets.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients, stakeholders and study teams.
• Provide guidance on operational implications of contract terms and ensure policy adherence.
• Track contract metrics, status updates, expirations and obligations.
• Mentor new staff and support contract file maintenance and process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate or 4-year college degree, ideally in scientific or healthcare discipline
• Previous CRO experience; 5+ years in Oncology
• 7+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets
• Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC institutions and study teams

Nice to have

• Bachelor's in law, scientific fields or business administration
• Experience setting up Contracting Plans for CTA & Budget negotiations
• Experience with Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and Bid Defense Meetings (BDM)
• Strong organizational, communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
