What you will do

• Provide legal advice on UK healthcare and life sciences regulations, including MHRA and CQC.
• Review and approve marketing and advertising materials across digital, social, TV, and print channels.
• Ensure compliance with ASA/CAP, BCAP, DMCC Act, and ABPI Code of Practice.
• Counsel on telehealth services, online prescribing, and patient journeys.
• Manage risk assessments for campaigns and liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Support the expansion of the international business into other markets, including Canada.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in the UK, Ireland, or another EU jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience P.Q.E (flexible depending on expertise).
• Experience at a top law firm, in-house legal team, or regulatory body.
• Deep expertise in UK healthcare regulation and advertising law.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
