Location: Hybrid in Solna, Sweden or Madrid, Spain (3-4 days at home)

What you will do
- Own and continuously improve the Global Trade Compliance program, ensuring alignment with export control and sanctions regulations.
- Act as global SME, providing expert advice on complex trade compliance matters to business, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
- Design risk-based compliance framework with assessments, due diligence, and controls matched to company risk appetite.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement them into policies, procedures, and system controls.
- Lead SAP GTS development for sanctions screening, export classification, license management, and automation.
- Oversee due diligence processes and escalate high-risk business partners while advising senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in global trade compliance, especially EU/US sanctions, export controls, and dual-use classification
- Experience with high-risk sanctions and financial sanctions regulations
- Proven track record as subject matter expert and program owner in multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of risk-based compliance frameworks and due diligence
- Hands-on experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or equivalent systems
- MedTech industry experience preferred
- Analytical, problem-solving skills with strong communication and stakeholder influence
