Location: Fully remote from Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain or United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Establish processes and procedures for site contract management.
• Review, draft and negotiate site contracts, confidentiality agreements and budgets.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients, sites and internal teams.
• Provide guidance on operational implications of contract terms and ensure policy adherence.
• Track contract metrics, status updates, expirations and obligations.
• Mentor new staff and support contract file maintenance and process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate or 4-year college degree, ideally in scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Previous CRO experience and 5+ years oncology experience.
• 7+ years in drafting, reviewing, negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets.
• Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC institutions and study teams/sponsors.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's in law, scientific fields or business administration.
• Experience with Contracting Plans, Kick-Off Meetings and Bid Defense Meetings.
• Strong organizational skills and relationship management with CRAs and study teams.
