What you will do

  • Design and refine contract management processes and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead the drafting and negotiation of high-value commercial, partnership, and vendor agreements.
  • Provide strategic risk-based assessments of contractual terms to support business goals.
  • Advise cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Finance, on complex contract-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Contracts on scaling legal operations and updating policies.

Requirements

  • University degree in law (LL.B., LL.M. preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience as Legal Counsel in an international tech environment.
  • Extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements governed under English law.
  • Proven experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and process improvement.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and other major data protection and privacy frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within IT, fintech, or regtech companies.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC and general compliance principles.
