What you will do
- Design and refine contract management processes and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of high-value commercial, partnership, and vendor agreements.
- Provide strategic risk-based assessments of contractual terms to support business goals.
- Advise cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Finance, on complex contract-related matters.
- Collaborate with the Head of Contracts on scaling legal operations and updating policies.
Requirements
- University degree in law (LL.B., LL.M. preferred).
- 6+ years of experience as Legal Counsel in an international tech environment.
- Extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements governed under English law.
- Proven experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and process improvement.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and other major data protection and privacy frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience working within IT, fintech, or regtech companies.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC and general compliance principles.
