What you will do

• Monitor and manage auction vendor performance, including corrective actions and recommendations.
• Manage regional repossessed inventory: transport status, certification inspections, vehicle grading, reconditioning estimates, and sale preparation; approve sale bids.
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction procedures, inventory preparation, and sale effectiveness.
• Run regular vendor status meetings with auction management and relevant staff; review scorecards and coordinate follow-up on deficiencies.
• Negotiate arbitration claims as needed with consultation of senior management.
• Identify and execute market arbitrage opportunities and audit auction expenses.

Requirements

• 5 years of related automotive/remarketing experience required.
• Experience with vehicle valuation, reconditioning assessment, and wholesale remarketing channels.
• Ability to work independently with time constraints and competing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good PC skills and ability to work with multiple platforms/databases.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NAAA auction policies.
• Experience in frame assessment or condition report writing.
