What you will do

• Conduct on-parcel field reviews of property data to ensure quality and uniformity across neighborhoods.
• Assist Project Managers in developing and implementing valuation parameters and modeling for assigned projects.
• Interact with taxpayers during informal hearings to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain professional and positive relations with clients, the general public, and internal personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn via on-the-job training.
• Experience as a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.
