What you will do

• Perform on-parcel field reviews of property data to ensure quality and uniformity across neighborhoods.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement valuation parameters and modeling.
• Conduct informal hearings with taxpayers to investigate and resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, the general public, and internal team members.

Requirements

• High school Diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn via on-the-job training.
