What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day transaction management for complex National and Global Corporate Services portfolios.
• Implement portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals and workplace strategies.
• Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate business terms for leases, sales, subleases, and purchases.
• Manage budgeting, revenue, and profit tracking for all transactions, reporting results to senior management.
• Lead the development of strategic plans and provide real estate advice to identify occupancy cost savings.
• Supervise and coordinate transactional team members and coordinators to ensure service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transaction management and strategic real estate planning.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis and accounting concepts.
• Advanced negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and coordinate legal reviews of property documents.
• Must be based in or able to work from St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
