What you will do

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Assist in selection and contracting of Tier 2 consultants and construction teams, integrating impacts from other project components.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; provide oversight of local project managers, designers, and contractors.
• Provide documentation and reports to the client, develop partnerships with stakeholders to achieve quality, service, and cost goals.
• Report major problems and recommendations to Account Director and client; obtain approvals for changes and expenditures.
• Supervise, train, develop, and appraise subordinates as needed.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area.
• Minimum 7 years directly related experience in engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing employees.
• Client focus, communication proficiency (oral and written), leadership, technical proficiency, consultation skills.
