What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of ML, GenAI, and Agentic models tailored to business use cases.
• Drive the development of agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous task-execution pipelines.
• Mature AIOps (MLOps & LLMOps) capabilities, covering CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring frameworks.
• Establish and execute an enterprise AI roadmap and identify high-value use cases across business functions.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to implement AI governance frameworks regarding risk, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and ethics.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team of AI practitioners.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in data science and AI/ML engineering.
• 1+ years of experience with generative AI and Agentic systems.
• 4+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science).
• Proven track record of delivering production AI/ML systems at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and scaling agentic AI systems.

• Master's degree in a quantitative, arts, or business field.
