Senior Manager, Data Science (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a Data Science team focusing on App Experience and Data Marketplace areas.
• Act as tech lead, leveraging AI tools like Cortex AI functions and Agents to accelerate product development.
• Drive the development of AI-native deliverables, including Agentic services and semantic views.
• Develop POCs for new AI-driven features and validate the output quality of AI-powered analysis.
• Partner with senior management, product managers, and engineering managers to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Menlo Park, CA.
• Masters or PhD in Math/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing data science teams.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning and LLMs, including AI evaluation methods.
