What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise-wide AI, Data Science, and Generative AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead AI transformation programs including predictive analytics, NLP, Knowledge Graphs, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, governance frameworks, and MLOps practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases.
• Oversee the design and deployment of AI-powered platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Architects, and Product Leaders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale AI and analytics organizations.
• Deep expertise in ML, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and MLOps.
• Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Must be based in New York, NY for on-site work.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, Banking, or Financial Services.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI practices, innovation labs, or enterprise Data Science organizations.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Databricks, Snowflake, and LangChain.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and AI-related business development initiatives.
